1. Will my chargers be able to plug into the mobile lab?
   If for any reason your county type plugs do not match our power distribution gangplugs/powerstrips, please use a universal plug adaptor available on request.
2. How secure is the trolley?
   Construction of all i-Push™ products is a balance of lightweight usability vs. security = more weight. We have arrived at a balance point where our products are very easy to use and robust enough to prevent petty/opportunistic theft.
3. Is the keyless combination lock the only choice?
   No, a conventional key operated lock is also available
4. What is the maximum number of laptops that can be charged at the same time?
   
   • This depends on the power requirement of each charger and varies from model to model.
   • Two charging cables can be built into our trolleys. To spread out the total power draw, these have to be plugged into separate mains rings to charge two sets of laptops if required.
5. What details do we need to supply ToWS Dynamics when requesting for a standard product?
   
   • Trolley model
   • Number of units required
   • Colour choice if not choosing standard white colour ( other colour is optional extra)
   • Delivery address
   • Type of plug socket design for your country
6. What details does the customer need to provide ToWS Dynamics when requesting for a readymade product with some modification?
   
   • As all of the above
   • Details of numbers and type of equipment you need to store such as PCs, laptops, printers, projectors etc.
7. What details does the customer need to provide ToWS Dynamics when requesting for a wholly customized product?
   
   • As all of the above
   • Full details of your equipment and storage requirements with pictures, dimensions, usage requirements etc.
   • A face to face discussion on full requirements is best.
8. How long does it take to prepare and send a trolley to us?
   Approximately 10 days for customised i-Push™ products. Not including delivery time, please contact us for details of delivery.
9. What are the delivery arrangements when sending a trolley to a customer?
   
   • We can arrange delivery by sea freight to your nearest port. The customer will then need to use your own appointed freight forwarding agent to collect from customs and deliver to your door.
   • Another alternative is a full door to door airfreight service offered by various courier services.
10. What are the payment methods acceptable?
    Payment can be made via TT for overseas customers. We will provide all necessary details.
